David Fenech has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently holding a position in Bus Operations at Transit Systems Australia since 2018. Previously, Fenech served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Townsville Hospital and Health Service on a fixed-term contract in 2018 and worked as a Consultant at Australian Workforce Advisors from 2017 to 2018, focusing on management consultancy and leadership advisory. Fenech also held the role of Director of Human Resources at South Western Sydney Local Health District from 2012 to 2016, supporting a workforce of 6,500 staff, and co-owned Snack Solutions, a healthy snack vending business, from 2011 to 2015. Earlier experience includes various human resources roles within Northern Sydney Local Health District and other organizations, along with a background in the marine industry. Fenech holds a Diploma in Business Studies - Human Resource Management from St George TAFE and additional qualifications in business communication.
