Harman Josan is a project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently working at Transit Systems since May 2023, Harman previously held project manager and project engineer roles at TOBCO from March 2021 to May 2023, and Celtic Civil Pty Ltd from February 2020 to March 2021. Earlier in the career, Harman served as an engineer at Diona Civil Engineering Contractors from November 2015 to February 2020. Harman holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, completed between 2011 and 2016.
