Rino has extensive experience in operational management, strategic planning, and customer service, with a proven track record of enhancing service delivery and employee engagement across multiple organizations. In addition, Rino's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Sydney and ongoing professional development through various institutions.
