Rino Matarazzo

Rino Matarazzo currently serves as the Managing Director at Transit Systems since May 2025. Previously, Rino held various senior roles at CDC NSW and Sydney Trains, including positions as General Manager Operations and Head of Service Delivery, where Rino successfully consolidated operational centers and improved network performance. Rino has extensive experience in operational management, strategic planning, and customer service, with a proven track record of enhancing service delivery and employee engagement across multiple organizations. In addition, Rino's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Sydney and ongoing professional development through various institutions.
