Troy Fregine is responsible for the direct supervision of all mechanics and compliance with MNDOT regulations and maintenance requirements of all contracts. He brings more than 30 years of vehicle maintenance experience to the Transit Team. Troy’s previous experience includes 18 years as a heavy truck and diesel repair technician, as well as a service manager at Northwest Trucks, Inc. in Ellsworth, WI. Troy’s deep understanding of vehicle maintenance and his management experience is invaluable. His dedication to safety has led to Transit Team putting the safest vehicles on the road in the entire state of Minnesota.
