Ayser Armiti

Ayser Armiti is the Data Science Lead at Transit. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder at UrbanBrain and the Head of Data Science at moovel Group. At UrbanBrain, they worked closely with clients to help them identify valuable and innovative ways to use data. At moovel Group, they led the data R&D efforts by collaborating with research universities and supervising master students in the domain of predictive routing, spatial clustering, and object recognition. Ayser also led the data science team to implement several production ready data-driven services for the mobility sector like predictive search, mobility demand prediction, expected time of arrival estimations, bus delay prediction, and fleet relocation. Ayser has a proven track record in data strategy, team management, and product development.

Ayser Armiti has a PhD in Computer Science from Heidelberg University, an M.Sc in Computer Science from The University of Jordan, and a B.Sc in Computer Science from Arab American University - Jenin.

They are on a team with Alexandre Grégoire - Web Lead, Julien Lépine - iOS Developer, and Béatrice Dubreuil - Graphic Designer. Their manager is Guillaume Campagna, Co-Founder & CTO.
