Kerra Shukster

Partner Success at Transit

Kerra Shukster is a Partner Success at Transit. Kerra has worked as an Independent Researcher, Junior Consultant, and Barista/Cashier.

Kerra has always been interested in helping others and making a difference in their community. This led their to pursue a career in health education. Kerra started out working with the Floating Doctors, where they developed different education programs for different age groups, focusing on various topics such as dental hygiene, the importance of diet, menstrual health and sexual health. Kerra quickly learned how to cater different educational content to different age groups and how to work with different stakeholders (community leaders, local teachers, participants) to ensure everyone benefits from the programming.

After their time with the Floating Doctors, Kerra pursued an independent research project at McGill University about geographic and social accessibility to BIXI- Montreal's bikeshare program. Using ArcGIS to examine layers of geographic and census data, they were able to analyze the accessibility levels of BIXI in different neighbourhoods. This experience solidified their interest in making transportation more accessible for everyone.

In their current role as Partner Success at Transit, Kerra uses their skills and knowledge to help Transit partners succeed. Kerra provides support and guidance on how to use Transit products, helps with product feedback, and works closely with the partner success team to ensure partners are getting the most out of Transit.
