Laurence De Villers

Laurence De Villers is an Android Developer at Transit. Laurence previously worked as a Développeuse applications mobiles at Busbud from May 2016 to March 2017. There, they were responsible for developing and maintaining the Android and iOS Busbud mobile applications. Laurence also used Firebase for remote notifications and configurations, and Swift for the iOS application.

From January 2015 to May 2016, Laurence worked as a Consultante en développement de solution mobile at Bell. There, they were responsible for the conception and implementation of Android and iOS mobile applications, virtual reality applications, and web services. Laurence also participated in responding to requests for proposals.

Before their work at Bell, Laurence worked as the Lead Organizer for GDG Montreal Android. Laurence also has experience as a Stagiaire en développement Android, having worked as one at Solutions Medias 360 from April 2014 to December 2014, and at Summit Tech from April 2013 to April 2014.

Laurence De Villers has a baccalauréat in Génie Logiciel from École de technologie supérieure, a 2010 diploma in Techniques de l'informatique from Cégep du Vieux-Montréal, and a 2009 diploma in Techniques professionnelles de musique et chanson from Cégep Saint-Laurent.

They are on a team with Pierre-Olivier Dybman - Android Developer, Félix Lapalme - iOS Lead, and Boris Dubois - Android Developer. Laurence De Villers reports to Guillaume Campagna, Co-Founder & CTO.
