Charlotte Kelley has been a Scientist, Molecular and Cellular Condensate Biology at Transition Bio, Inc. since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry from 2017.

Charlotte Kelley received their Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from SUNY Geneseo in 2011. Charlotte then went on to Brandeis University, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular and Cell Biology in 2016.
