Donna Sosnowski

Donna Sosnowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational change, and career consulting. Serving as Principal at Snowski Consulting Group and Senior Consultant at Transition Solutions since 2005, Donna specializes in executive coaching and team building, focusing on aligning strengths with career transition strategies. At Babson College, Donna held multiple roles, including Director of the Undergraduate Center for Career Development, where strategies were implemented to enhance student career readiness and partnerships with employers. With previous leadership positions in human resources at Equinox and Slades Bank, as well as teaching roles at Stonehill College, Donna has a proven track record of fostering organizational growth and enhancing career services. Donna holds a Master of Science in Education from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish/Education from SUNY New Paltz.
