Adrianna Kęcka-Bąk

Adrianna Kurzawa is an experienced professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as an International Complex Claims Handler at Allianz Insurance since November 2018. In this role, Adrianna demonstrates in-depth knowledge of international motor recovery, third-party damages, and travel insurance policies, alongside proficiency in claim management principles and cloak management software. Prior to this position, Adrianna worked as a Property Claims Handler, where responsibilities included investigating property claims and ensuring exceptional customer service. Earlier experience at Nando’s UK & IRE spanned several managerial roles, including 1st Assistant Manager, contributing to operational excellence and team leadership, as well as opening new restaurant locations. Adrianna holds a licentiate degree in International Business from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
