Adrianna Kurzawa is an experienced professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as an International Complex Claims Handler at Allianz Insurance since November 2018. In this role, Adrianna demonstrates in-depth knowledge of international motor recovery, third-party damages, and travel insurance policies, alongside proficiency in claim management principles and cloak management software. Prior to this position, Adrianna worked as a Property Claims Handler, where responsibilities included investigating property claims and ensuring exceptional customer service. Earlier experience at Nando’s UK & IRE spanned several managerial roles, including 1st Assistant Manager, contributing to operational excellence and team leadership, as well as opening new restaurant locations.
