Currently serving as the Head of Global Marketing and Communications at Transition Technologies PSC Sp. z o.o., Kelly Schmidt has successfully developed team performance and created strategic plans to support global marketing initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Business Development and Marketing for Guardhat Inc. in Europe, as well as senior leadership positions at TELUS Business Solutions, where strategic projects enhanced client experience and revenue. Kelly Schmidt is also the founder of French Horizons, a consulting startup, and has held marketing management positions at CITIBELL COMMUNICATIONS, Bell Canada, and AT&T. An academic background includes an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, complemented by studies in International Affairs from American University and French language certification.
