Rachel Bruckenstein, LCSW, is an experienced social worker with a robust background in various settings. Currently serving as an Assessment Specialist at Transitional Services for New York, Inc. since February 2019, Rachel previously worked as a Psychotherapist at the NY Center for Behavioral Health, where supportive psychotherapy was provided for adults and children. Rachel's prior experience includes roles as a Hospice Social Worker at Visiting Nurse Service of New York and a Social Worker at Integrity Senior Services. Additional experience encompasses working as a Psychiatric Social Worker at New Horizon Counseling Center and a Social Worker at FEGS. Rachel began the professional journey as a Social Work Intern/Mentor at TOVA. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from City University of New York- York College.
