Adam Hays has extensive experience in IT and technical support roles over nearly two decades. Currently serving as IT Manager and Systems Engineer at Transitions Group since October 2014, Adam previously worked at Cybertron International, where the role as Lead Technical Support Engineer involved handling escalated PC and server hardware and software issues. Adam's career began at Lonestar Steakhouse and Saloon as an Assistant Network Administrator, followed by providing second-level IT support in the network infrastructure department. Prior to these roles, Adam gained experience in mass production and custom building at Cybertron International, focusing on testing hardware configurations and contributing to the development of product databases and e-commerce systems. Adam Hays is equipped with a solid foundation in IT, complemented by hands-on experience in various technical capacities.

The company is headquartered in Wichita, KS with offices in Kansas City, Des Moines, Omaha, Oklahoma City, Little Rock, Dallas, Houston, Austin, and St. Louis. The business started in 1985 with the founding of Furniture Options, a furniture rental company providing complete furniture packages for people in transition.. In 2014, Suite Options became only the second Oakwood Worldwide franchisee in the nation operating under the name Oakwood Midwest.
