Dara Greenberg, MSW

Dara Greenberg, MSW, has worked in various roles within the social work field since 2006. Dara began their career as a Social Work Intern at the Watauga County School System in 2006, followed by internships at Youth Homes, Incorporated and the Mecklenburg County Health Department in 2007 and 2008, respectively. In 2009, Dara served as an ALS/MDA Center Intern at Carolinas Medical Center and later as a Medical Case Manager at RAIN - Regional AIDS Interfaith Network. Dara then worked as a Clinical Social Worker at Carolinas Medical Center - Mercy Hospital for a year before joining WakeMed as a Medical Social Worker, where they remained until 2016. Currently, Dara is working as a Palliative Care Social Worker at Transitions LifeCare.

Dara Greenberg, MSW, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSW) from Appalachian State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2007 to 2009.
