Kevin Fletcher

Kevin Fletcher has extensive experience in finance, project management, and technical services within the optical and coatings industries. Currently serving as the Finance, Methods, KPIs Manager for R&D at Transitions Optical since February 2007, Kevin is responsible for financial and systems management and KPI development for the research and development team. Previous roles at Transitions include Project Manager and Customer Technical Services Manager for the Asia Pacific region, where responsibilities encompassed business expansion, department leadership, and quality management. Prior to Transitions, Kevin held positions as a Research Chemist at Kforce Technical Staffing with Tropicana, Quality Manager at Glass Coatings & Concepts, and Research Chemist at The Shepherd Color Company. Kevin began a career managing operations in the food service industry at J Milton's Steaks and Buffet. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Lincoln Memorial University and continued education at Xavier University.
