Tatiana Porohnenko

Tatiana Porohnenko has a diverse range of work experience. Tatiana started their career as a Technical Writer/Analyst at Soft Plus 2000 in 2005, where they prepared bidding documentation and reports on scientific research. Tatiana then worked as an Engineer at the State Research Institute of Information Technology and Economic Modeling from 2011 to 2013, where they wrote technical specifications and user manuals.

In 2013, Tatiana joined NETCAST Technologies as a Project Manager, where they communicated with stakeholders, elicited requirements, and wrote technical specifications. Tatiana transitioned to under NDA in 2015 and held multiple roles within the company. As a Technical Writer/Business Analyst, they created and updated technical service manuals, gathered and analyzed business requirements, and translated them into functional specifications. Tatiana then became a Project Manager, leading a team of specialists and managing multiple websites. Tatiana utilized project management methodologies and frameworks and handled project planning, estimation, and control.

Currently, Tatiana is a Product Manager at Translate.com, a position they took on in 2021.

Tatiana Porohnenko completed the Big IT Project Management Program at MindsetPM in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Flexible Computerized Systems and Robotics at NTUU "KPI" from 2003 to 2009.
