Alessandro Cattelan

Alessandro Cattelan is an experienced professional in the field of translation and localization, currently serving as the COO of Translated since June 2012. In this role, Alessandro focuses on leveraging technology to enhance the quality of human translation while optimizing turnaround times and costs. Previous positions include Vice President of Operations and Director of Localization Operations at Translated, as well as Product Manager for MateCat, where strategic and product development decisions were made from both technological and commercial perspectives. Alessandro's expansive background also includes roles as Vendor Manager and Project Manager, alongside freelance experience in translation and project management for various clients, including European Union institutions and major corporations. Alessandro holds a Master of Arts in Translation from Università degli Studi di Trieste.
