Saori Teraoka

Saori Teraoka is a skilled freelance translator and localization specialist with extensive experience in translation from English to Japanese, particularly in specialized fields such as IT, Information Security, and Marketing. Since January 2020, Saori has been self-employed as a freelance translator, providing services including MTPE, proofreading, and subtitle translation. Current roles include LQA Evaluator at Smartling, Translation Reviewer at Chillistore, and Translator and Translation Reviewer at Welocalize and Translated. Previous experience includes a Senior Localization Specialist role at Sony, where coordination of translation requests and quality assurance checks were key responsibilities, as well as a Security Coordinator position, managing penetration test processes.
