LaToya Newton has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. LaToya started working as a Public Relations Manager at Creative Classic Agency in 2009, where they coordinated social media and marketing campaigns and organized events. LaToya then worked as a Freelance Producer at BET Networks in 2017 for the BET Experience. LaToya also gained experience at Viacom, where they served as a Producer, Project Manager, and Associate Producer, overseeing content development, managing budgets, and coordinating production schedules. LaToya continued their career at AMP Agency as a Project Manager, focusing on digital production challenges and ensuring project timelines and budgets were met. At Success Academy Charter Schools, they worked as a Senior Project Manager, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaign strategies and managing creative teams. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Manager at Spotify, where they coordinated fraud meetings and prepared data metrics for executive summaries. At UWG, they worked as a Project Manager, and at YouTube, they held roles as a Producer and Senior Project Manager. Currently, LaToya is employed at Analog Girl Group, LLC as a UGC Content Creator and Creative Strategist, creating engaging content for various brands. Throughout their career, LaToya has demonstrated strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on delivering results.

LaToya Newton, CSM, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Manhattanville College. LaToya also earned a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing & Communications from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, LaToya has obtained multiple certifications. LaToya is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, with the certification obtained in August 2022. Furthermore, they have achieved the PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2017. Additionally, in October 2017, LaToya obtained a certification in Learning Video Production and Editing from Lynda.com.
