Rosalie van Dijk-Houben has a diverse work experience. Rosalie began their career in 1998 as an Adviseur Fusies & Overnames at BDO Corporate Finance B.V., where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Translink as a Riskmanager and later advanced to the role of Manager Finance/Lid van het Management Team in 2013. From 2016, Rosalie served as the CFO at Translink. Alongside their role at Translink, Rosalie was also involved in various organizations. Rosalie became a Member of SER Topvrouwen in 2019 and served as a Bestuurder at Stichting Reizigerstegoeden Translink from 2018 onwards. Additionally, they have served as a Lid van de Raad van Toezicht at Stichting Kinderopvang Morgen since 2013. Rosalie was also a member of NVFE, the Nederlandse Vereniging van Financial Executives, from 2015 to 2020. Lastly, they were involved in the Vereniging van Toezichthouders in OnderwijsInstellingen en Kinderopvang as a Lid VTOI-NVTK from 2013 to 2020.
Rosalie van Dijk-Houben has a diverse education history. Rosalie began their education at Lyceum Schöndeln, where they obtained their Gymnasium degree from 1987 to 1993.
