Amanda Fergusson

Amanda Fergusson is a seasoned professional specializing in organizational transformation and change management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Organizational Transformation and Change Management at TransLink since August 2021. With a robust background that includes leadership roles in various sectors, Amanda has successfully led change initiatives at organizations such as Vancouver Coastal Health and BC Liquor Distribution Branch, emphasizing employee empowerment and strategic objectives. In addition to a long-standing involvement with the Starlight Children's Foundation Canada as a BC Advisory Board Member, Amanda has also built expertise in HR and change management through diverse roles, including as an HR Business Partner and Change Management Consultant in public sector organizations. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and has completed several leadership and change management certifications, enhancing Amanda's capability to drive transformation across multiple platforms.
