Lead Planner For The North Shore Rapid Transit Project, Major Studies at TransLink

Lisa Josephson has a diverse work experience in the transportation and urban planning field. Lisa started their career in 2007 as an Urban Planner at Urban Strategies Inc. Lisa then joined Lura Consulting in 2009 as a Community Engagement and Project Manager. In 2010, they moved to Parsons, where they worked as a Transportation Planner and Community Engagement Consultant until 2017. From 2017 to present, Lisa has been working at TransLink, first as a Senior Transportation Planner and currently as the Lead Planner for the North Shore Rapid Transit Project, Major Studies.

Lisa Josephson received their Bachelor's degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria in 1999. Lisa then pursued further education, obtaining a Master of Environmental Studies (M.E.S.) degree in Urban Planning from York University from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Lisa obtained a certification as a Registered Professional Planner from the Planning Institute of British Columbia (PIBC) in 2020.
