Mohammed El-Fadly

Mohammed El-Fadly has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mohammed has worked at Transmar as the Head of Commercial since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at A.P. Moller - Maersk for a significant part of their career. At Maersk, they held positions such as Customer Experience Manager, Egypt/Libya/Syria Sales Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Process Excellence Manager, Terminal Partnering Project Operator, Campaigns and Communication Manager, and Process Excellence Assistant Manager.

In these roles, Mohammed demonstrated their expertise in areas such as customer experience, supply chain management, logistics, sales, process improvement, and project management. Mohammed successfully navigated challenges, achieved significant growth and profitability, and implemented innovative strategies. Notably, they improved NPS results, led successful integration efforts, and executed effective campaigns.

Prior to their time at Maersk, Mohammed worked as a Project Manager at KANDIL STEEL, where they led a team in establishing a glass factory. Mohammed demonstrated skills in project planning, scheduling, communication, and negotiation.

Mohammed El-Fadly began their education at the Modern English School (MES) from 1994 to 1999. During this period, they did not obtain any specific degree or specialization. Subsequently, from 1999 to 2004, Mohammed attended The American University in Cairo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammed El-Fadly obtained two certifications. In September 2008, they earned a Green Belt in Six Sigma/Lean from Process Management International (PMI). Later, in November 2013, they obtained a Black Belt from the same institution, furthering their expertise in Process Management.
