Subsequently, from 1999 to 2004, Mohammed attended The American University in Cairo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammed El-Fadly obtained two certifications. In September 2008, they earned a Green Belt in Six Sigma/Lean from Process Management International (PMI). Later, in November 2013, they obtained a Black Belt from the same institution, furthering their expertise in Process Management.
