Connie Jing Li, PhD, PE is the current President/CEO of TranSmart Technologies, Inc. and EJM Engineering, Inc. Connie holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering (Transportation Engineering) from the University of Illinois Chicago. Prior to their current roles, Connie also served as President/CEO of TranSmart Technologies, Inc. since January 1996. Their educational background includes a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Tokyo and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University.
