Lara Naim is currently the Head of HR Africa at Transmed and the Managing Director of HR xpert.gh, positions they have held since 2024 and 2022, respectively. They previously served as HR Manager at Mondi Packaging from 2010 to 2021 and as Regional HR Manager for Mondi Group from 2016 to 2021. Lara completed a Master's degree in Advertising and Marketing at USJ from 1999 to 2003 and is an accredited Executive and Career Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching.
