Penny Parkes

Penny Parkes is an experienced professional in growth and client management, currently serving as Vice President of Growth for EMEA at Transmission since January 2025. Prior to this role, Penny held various leadership positions at Earnest from November 2009 to January 2025, including Managing Director, Client Director, and Client Services Director. Additional experience includes the role of Account Director at The Team Brand Communications Limited from November 2007 to October 2009 and Account Manager at Masius from 2005 to 2007. Penny Parkes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Modern Languages from the University of Plymouth, complemented by an education at The Abbey School Reading.
