Kiran Judge

Kiran Judge is the VP of Legal at Transmit Security. Prior to joining Transmit, Kiran was an attorney at the Law Offices of Kiran Judge and Corporate Counsel for Trusteer, a start up security company that was acquired by IBM. At IBM, Kiran was the Corporate Attorney for the IBM Sales & Distribution Deal Team located in Manhattan. Kiran has extensive experience in negotiating customer sales contracts and transactions covering Software, Services, Hardware, and Cloud offerings (including Software as a Service ("SaaS"), Platform as a Service ("PaaS") and Infrastructure as a Service ("IaaS")).

Kiran Judge completed their Doctor of Law (JD) at Pepperdine Law. Kiran specialized in patent and corporate law. Kiran also holds a certification from the USPTO in the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Their manager is Rakesh Loonkar, President & Co-Founder. A direct report to Kiran Judge is and Aoife Fortin - Director, Global Talent Acquisition. They work with Richard Metcalfe - VP, APAC, Thore Rabe - VP & GM, EMEA.
