Funmi Olofintuyi

Funmi Olofintuyi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal counsel. Currently serving as the Group Company Secretary and Legal Counsel (Ag.) at Transcorp Group since January 2020, Funmi previously held the position of Assistant Company Secretary. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate and Head of Secretarial and Governance Services at Kusamotu & Kusamotu, as well as leading the Claims team at Allianz. Earlier roles include serving as a Legal Officer at Wema Bank Plc. and completing a NYSC traineeship at Paul Usoro & Co. and an internship at Aluko & Oyebode. Funmi holds a Master of Laws degree in Corporate Governance & Financial Regulations from the University of Warwick, a BL from the Nigerian Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Obafemi Awolowo University.
