Fikile Sithole

Fikile Sithole (M.Inst.D) is an accomplished legal and governance professional with extensive experience in risk and compliance roles. Currently serving as the GM of Legal, Risk and Compliance at Transnet Freight Rail, Fikile has previously held significant positions at Rand Water, including Group Governance Executive for Governance, Legal, and Compliance, as well as roles overseeing audit functions. In addition to these executive roles, Fikile contributes to governance as a Board Member of Rand Water Foundation and a Trustee for the RW Medical Scheme and Provident Fund. Fikile chairs the Provident Fund Audit and Risk Committee for Rand Water. Fikile holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from the University of Johannesburg and completed an Executive Development Programme focused on Women in Business Leadership at GIBS Business School.
