Hanno Grimm

Hanno Grimm is an accomplished legal and governance professional with extensive experience in supervisory roles and legal counsel in the energy sector. Currently serving as a member of the supervisory board and head of legal, governance, and real estate at TransnetBW GmbH since July 2011, Hanno Grimm has also held positions as a member of the supervisory board at Joint Allocation Office (JAO SA) from June 2019 to June 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG (2009-2011) and practicing as a lawyer and tax advisor at Thümmel, Schütze & Partner (2005-2008) and EY (2001-2004). Hanno Grimm earned a degree in law with a focus on the second state examination from The University of Freiburg between 1994 and 1999.
