Mitch Heavener

Mitch Heavener is a seasoned network administrator with extensive experience in the IT field. Currently serving as a Senior Network Administrator at Transnetyx since November 2021, Mitch previously worked as an Advanced Network Analyst for Leggett & Platt, where responsibilities included providing network support for over 150 locations and ensuring best practices in security and disaster recovery. Mitch's career began in the United States Air Force, where as a Network Administrator II, leadership was provided to a team supporting critical communication systems for Central Command. Additionally, Mitch held the role of Network Infrastructure Technician, focusing on customer education and technical support. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and IT Management from Western Governors University, earned between October 2019 and September 2022.
