Flavio Teures has extensive experience in subsea operations and asset management within the offshore drilling sector, having worked at Transocean since November 2001 in various managerial roles, including Subsea Operations Support Manager, Well Control Equipment Manager, and Operations Manager Assets. Flavio's responsibilities have encompassed proactive support and maintenance of subsea assets, improvement of maintenance standards, quality assurance during shipyard operations, and personnel training and development. Flavio's tenure includes significant leadership as Rig Manager for multiple deepwater drillships, contributing to maximum drilling performance and effective management of corrective jobs. Prior to joining Transocean, Flavio completed internships at Schlumberger Servicos de Petroleo and Mahle Cofap Aneis SA. Flavio holds a Master's degree in Projects Administration from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from EFEI.
