Rafael Morales

Rafael Morales is a seasoned engineering professional with a focus on project management and drilling technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer in Planning at Transocean since July 2022, Rafael previously held the position of Senior Managed Pressure Drilling Engineer at Beyond Energy Services and Technology Corp. from May 2020 to June 2022 and worked as a Project Engineer at SafeKick from August 2017 to April 2020. During the tenure at SafeKick, Rafael collaborated with major operators and drilling contractors to enhance drilling efficiency and executed Managed Pressure Drilling and related processes. An educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, where Rafael also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, gaining experience in high-pressure high-temperature simulation and data acquisition.
