Nadja Kostka

Nadja Kostka has extensive experience in project management and communications within Transparency International, having worked with the organization since 2007. Currently serving as a Project Manager, Nadja is on parental leave but previously coordinated significant initiatives, including the 2018 Anti-Corruption Awards, honoring the late journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia and whistleblower Ana Garrido Ramos. As the Climate Integrity Project Coordinator and Executive Coordinator in the Managing Director's Office, Nadja managed formal communications and assisted in decision-making processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Simon Fraser University, an exchange semester focused on International and Intercultural Communication at the University of Amsterdam, and an International Baccalaureate from the Red Cross Nordic United World College.
