Vicky T. has extensive experience in project management and organizational leadership, notably as the Head of Projects at Transparency International, overseeing a diverse portfolio of anti-corruption advocacy projects valued over €50 million. Prior roles include Programme Partnership Arrangement Performance Manager at CAFOD, where Vicky managed two significant unrestricted grants, and Head of Futures and Innovation at the International Civil Society Centre, focusing on strategic innovation initiatives. Vicky also coordinated major IT improvement projects at Save the Children UK and provided support in various temporary roles across civil society and public sector organizations. Vicky holds an MA in Social Anthropology of Development from SOAS University of London.
