Ian Hamilton is the CEO and Co-Founder of Transparent AI, a startup launched in February 2024 focused on creating explainable and transparent artificial intelligence. Ian has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Business Strategy at Froglet Games, responsible for operations management related to fundraising and game development. In March 2024, Ian served as a Responsible AI Entrepreneur at AI 2030, promoting startup ventures centered on responsible AI. Prior to these roles, Ian founded Inazuma Energy, LLC, concentrating on hard tech R&D in energy solutions, and was the CEO of Atlas Energy Systems, which Ian established. Ian’s experience also includes time as a Chain Reaction Innovations Entrepreneur at Argonne National Laboratory and internships in quality and metallurgy. Ian holds a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science Engineering from Purdue University.
