Matthew Padden

Matthew is an industry veteran and nationally recognized leader, who drives THM’s national client management and sales efforts. With over 30 years of experience in leadership roles with demonstrated success in acquiring, managing, and expanding key healthcare client relationships, he has a proven record of driving growth while delivering highly sought-after, innovative solutions.

Matthew served the majority of his career with Aetna, most recently as SVP, National and Federal Markets where he successfully led national multi-product business growth strategies and client program design, implementation, and management. Prior to joining THM, Matthew was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Sales Officer with Randall and Quilter Investment Holdings (R&Q Health). There, he led the London-based portfolio healthcare company’s coordinating service business throughout the United States, specifically for catastrophically injured workers’ compensation patients. His impressive expertise spans multiple workers’ compensation verticals, healthcare, short term and long-term disability, and federal government programs.
