Pratik Shah

Pratik Shah has extensive work experience in the finance and commercial sectors. Pratik is currently serving as the VP Finance at TRANSPEK INDUSTRY LTD since 2017. Prior to this, they worked at HNG Float Glass Limited as Sr. Manager Commercial from September 2010 to May 2017. During their tenure, they successfully managed all aspects of accounts, audits, taxation, and commercial matters for a plant with an investment of 600 Cr. and turnover of 400 Crs. Before joining HNG Float Glass Limited, Pratik served as a Manager Commercial at EMCO Ltd. from May 2008 to September 2010. In this role, they were responsible for account finalization, audits, Monthly MIS, SAP CO module implementation, and PO and LC scrutiny.

Pratik Shah completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from a university, attending from 1997 to 1999. Pratik then pursued further education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained their Chartered Accountant degree in Accounts & Finance from 2000 to 2004.
