Cynthia Castillo

Cynthia Castillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and language instruction. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at TransPerfect Legal Solutions since December 2017, Cynthia previously held the role of Senior Recruiter. Simultaneously, Cynthia has been a Language Instructor at Inlingua since August 2012, where responsibilities include providing personalized ESL instruction to corporate employees. Previously, Cynthia worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at ADT, where support was provided for high-volume recruitment processes, and as an Employment Coordinator at the Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State, managing various HR tasks. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from John Jay College (CUNY) and a CELTA Certification from Teaching House.
