Heather Schultes

Heather Schultes, CPTM, currently serves as the Director of Global Training at TransPerfect, a position held since October 2006. With expertise in efficiency, strategic planning, and staff training, Heather ensures that global offices are trained and compliant with company policies while driving transformational initiatives. Notable achievements include spearheading the implementation of online e-Learning platforms and delivering global training programs. Prior roles include Global Life Sciences Training Manager at Eaton Consulting Group and English Assistant at L’Académie de Nice. Heather holds a Master of Arts in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in French, International Relations, and History from Michigan State University.
