Josh Maunder is an experienced project manager and team leader in the translation industry, currently holding various roles at TransPerfect since May 2017, including Team Lead, Executive Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Previously, Josh worked as an Investigation Specialist at Amazon and spent several years at Marks and Spencer as a Customer Assistant, where customer service excellence was paramount. In addition to professional experience, Josh served as Chief Student Language Ambassador and Student Language Ambassador for Routes into Languages Cymru at Bangor University, promoting modern language studies in schools across North Wales.
