Rizan Shahu

Rizan Shahu is a Senior Help Desk Support Specialist at TransPerfect since April 2022, previously serving as a Second Line Help Desk Specialist. Rizan has a strong background in graphic design, having worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Evolve Web Studio from November 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included UI design, conceptualizing visuals, and client consultations. Prior experience includes working as an IT Support Technician at Fiber Call Center from February 2017 to October 2018, focusing on the maintenance of telecommunication tools and network stability. Rizan is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology at Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës, and a High School Diploma in Computer/Information Technology Administration from Shkolla Teknike Elektrike “Gjergj Canco.”
