Tani Bialek

Tani Bialek, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Training & Development at TransPerfect, overseeing the design and implementation of training programs, enhancing employee onboarding processes, and leading a global team of over 20 professionals. In addition, Tani Bialek is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Metropolitan State University, teaching various online courses in human resource and talent development. Previously, Tani Bialek held roles at RSM US LLP, where responsibilities included leading national learning strategies and managing developmental programs for leadership and client relationships. Earlier experience includes positions at the University of Minnesota and Lominger Limited, Inc., with a focus on instructional design and organizational development. Tani Bialek earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development, along with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development, all from the University of Minnesota.
