Carl Neufeld

Carl Neufeld has worked in various roles since 2004. Carl began their career as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Santa Barbara, followed by a Postdoctoral Fellow role. In 2013, they joined Transphorm Inc. as the Director of Process Architecture and Integration, and later held the roles of Senior Member Of Technical Staff / Manager - Office of the CTO and Member of Technical Staff - Office of the CTO.

Carl Neufeld obtained their B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 2004, followed by an M.S. in the same field in 2006. Carl then went on to earn their PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 2011.
