Charlie Y

Charlie Y has over 11 years of work experience. From 2020 to present, they have been working as an Engineering Manager at Transphorm Inc. From 2012 to 2020, they worked as a Principal Engineer at 台積電, where their main job was epitaxy GaN on Si, epi regrowth, E-HEMT 650V, 100V, for power device, and D-HEMT 100V for RF device. Charlie'sfocus was on epi structure modification for leakage issue, trap/dynamic Ron/HTOL/Reliability improvement, as well as monitoring and detecting epi trap, defect, stress, Mg, Al, and Rs. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Engineer at EPISTAR.

Charlie Y obtained a Master's degree in Optoelectronics Technology from National Taiwan Normal University between 2006 and 2009.
