Huinan Liang

Huinan Liang has worked in a variety of engineering roles since 2002. Huinan began their career as a Research Assistant at Penn State University's BioMEMS Laboratory. In 2004, they became a Research Assistant & Post Doctor at the Center for Nanotechnology Education and Utilization at Penn State University. In 2009, they held a Solar Cell Engineer (Intern) position at BP Solar and a Photolithography Process Engineer position at Intel. In 2011, they became a GaN Process Engineer at International Rectifier, and from 2013 to present, they have held Senior GaN Epi Engineer and GaN Epi Engineer positions at Transphorm.

Huinan Liang has a varied educational background. Huinan obtained a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2002, followed by an MS in Bioengineering from Pennsylvania State University in 2004. Huinan then went on to earn a PhD in Engineering Science from Pennsylvania State University in 2008.
