John Rogers serves as Co-Founder and Principal of Transplant Management Group, a consulting firm established in April 1997 that specializes in financial, regulatory, and operational analysis services for solid organ transplant centers and hospitals nationwide. In this role, John oversees all consulting projects, manages a team of 15 senior consultants, and develops educational workshop content for transplant leaders. Responsibilities also include mentoring new staff and ensuring the quality of work. Additionally, John acts as CFO and Treasurer for the company, handling financial statements, tax reporting, and corporate compliance. Prior to this, John held the position of Director of Reimbursement at UCSD Medical Center from June 1982 to June 2016.
