Frank Tudor has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Frank started their career at BAE Systems as an Avionics Procurement Engineer in 1988 and later served as a Procurement Manager at AgustaWestland. In 1997, they became the Head of Licensing Sales at Corel Corporation before transitioning to Marconi Software Solutions as a Sales Manager. Frank then joined Barclays Bank as a Supplier Relationship Manager in 2001.
In 2005, they began their tenure at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), where they held several roles including Head of Supplier Relationship & Performance Management, Head of Commercial Management, Acting Director of Procurement, and Head of Category Management - IT & Applications.
Frank worked at Crown Commercial Service from 2014 to 2016, serving as the Head of Savings Delivery. During their time there, they successfully led a program that delivered cash and efficiency savings.
Since 2016, Frank has been with Transport for Greater Manchester. Frank held multiple positions at the company, including Head of Procurement, Interim Head of Portfolio Office, Programme Sponsor, and currently serves as the Deputy Director Corporate Services & Programme Sponsor.
Frank Tudor attended St Edmund Arrowsmith from 1978 to 1985. After that, they studied International Relations at Staffordshire University, earning a BA (Hons) from 1985 to 1988. Later on, they pursued a MA degree in Policy, Management and Government at the University of York from 2006 to 2010. Finally, in 2011, Frank attended London Business School to study Corporate Finance, focusing on Accounting, Financial Analysis, Valuation, Funding, Risk & Restructuring.
