Kevin Hargreaves

Kevin Hargreaves is an experienced professional in traffic management and transportation engineering, currently serving as the Highways Key Route Network Manager at Transport for Greater Manchester since August 2016. Prior to this role, Kevin held various positions at Wigan Council, including Traffic Manager and Area Traffic/Transportation Engineer, showcasing a strong background in traffic operations from September 1991 to August 2016. Kevin began their career at Ove Arup as a Technician before transitioning to public service roles. Academically, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Civil Engineering from The University of Bolton and a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
