Megan B. has an extensive work experience in the public sector. Megan started their career in 1994 as an Environmental Health Officer at Stockport Council. Over the years, they held various positions within the council, including roles such as Service Development Team Leader, Operations Manager, Interim Head of Environmental Cleanliness, and District Standards Manager. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the Head of Environmental Services, where they were responsible for strategic direction and delivery of recycling and refuse collections, as well as street cleansing operations. From 2012 to 2015, they held the position of Head of Public Realm, overseeing the council's greenspace, waste collection, street cleansing, and highways maintenance. In 2015, they joined Transport for Greater Manchester as the Head of Development, and later became the Head of Customer Development. Currently, they serve as the Interim Head of Logistics and Environment for the organization.
